Sorry for not posting in a week. Working six days straight does that to a girl!

I'm annoyed. I weighed in this morning at 222.0 up 0.2.

It wasn't a steller week for me but I did stay within my points. My problem I think is in how I use my points. Three days this week it was so crazy at work u didn't have breakfast or lunch and then had takeout for dinner.

I get frustrated. Why bother to try and lose weight if I can eat what ever I want and stay the same.

Anyway, frustration aside, it's a new week and in going to do better this week. I've been far for a lifetime it will take more than a week to lose the weight.
